2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The product is in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is provided.

We cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers
  • Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
  • Products that show signs of tampering or external damage caused after delivery

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization reference.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly sent.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the credit to your account.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different quantity or variant, please return the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a new order.
